Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched, free of charge. To cancel before dispatch, please inform us during the telephone confirmation call or contact us by email at [email protected]. If you are not at home when the courier arrives, you may decline the parcel at the door - the order will be cancelled automatically.

2. 14-Day Return Window

After receiving your order, you have 14 calendar days to return it. This right applies in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (UK implementation of EU Directive 2011/83/EU).

3. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unopened condition with the tamper-evident seal intact. Please note: food supplements with a broken or removed seal cannot be accepted for return for hygiene reasons. This is a lawful exception under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Schedule 3, paragraph (e).

4. How to Return

To start a return, email us at [email protected] within 14 days of receipt. Include your name and phone number used to place the order. We will respond with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send the product back without first contacting us.

5. Return Postage

The cost of return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the product is faulty, damaged in transit, or the wrong item was sent. In those cases, we will arrange and cover the cost of collection.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used on delivery (cash refunded by bank transfer; card refunded to the card used). We will notify you by email when the refund has been processed.

7. Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a description and, if possible, a photograph. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
